Factual errors are tracked publicly. When a published claim is challenged, the disputed source's reliability rating moves to low pending review, the affected story carries an inline note, and the change is recorded here with a timestamp.
Disputing a claim
To flag a factual error, email corrections@getember.dev with the edition date, story headline, and the disputed claim. Include a primary source if possible.
We respond within one publishing cycle. If the claim is wrong, we correct it and log the change here. If the dispute is about framing or selection rather than fact, we note it and explain.
